Submit High Resolution Files

Submit the highest resolution "jpeg" file your digital camera will generate, up to a maximum of 30MB. The system will not accept files larger than 30MB. To submit larger files, including files in uncompressed "tiff" format (or other editable formats), contact Customer Service to discuss your order.

Please review our scanning tips. If a third-party will scan for you, provide the scan operator with the tips.

"Web optimized" images of 200KB or less generally are insufficient for high-quality editing - and rarely create acceptable quality prints. In most cases, we will reject images lower than 200KB.
